Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any requests past the 14 day window will not be honored.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. There must be no clear damage or wear to the item, with original tags still attached. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@alchemyandsorcery. In your email, please include your order number and reason for the return. If your item is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Alchemy & Sorcery reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not follow our policy will be sent back to the purchaser.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges:

To initiate an exchange, please email info@alchemyandsorcery.com, and state the order number, item, and which size you would like to exchange to. The exchange must be generated within 14 days of the delivery date, and shipped within 14 days of the initial request. Exchanges will not be honored if the item has been worn or used, or is no longer in sellable condition, based on our discretion.
